I think we should support association to components, responsabilities, maybe other pathnodes, but not the associations to maps.

After discussion with Daniel, we determined that this requirement will be hard to implement and not lot of users will use it. Should be set to optional and low.

Links between GRL and UCM are domain specifics. Those links are not necessarily reused between domains. Set to rejected.
