When a PTO plan is approved in HCM, we need to set on the calendar of Teams and help to the other team members to track the vacations and include this information for the planning meetings.

These are the recommended steps to set the vacations on Teams.

1.- On the Calendar, press click over the cell of the day.

2.- Fill the information of your PTO plan approved, like using the description of your request as tittle and the range of days of the plan.

3.- Add the team members as invite.

4.- Press the button More options

The following screen should be displayed

5.- Expand the Response options

6.- Remove the check on Request Responses

7.-Finally press Send

8.-The new event should appear in the calendar like the following example.
