• Participating in scrum ceremonies
• Supporting deployments and release validation
• Maintaining and improving test cases

First Week Checklist

Use this checklist to get up to speed quickly:

✅ Day 1–2: Access & Setup

• Make sure to have already scheduled the clean up of you PC
• Get access to project tools (Jira, test management tool, repositories)
• Verify access to environments (Dev, QA, Staging)
• Meet your team to know the Project
• Join to scrum ceremonies

✅ Day 3–4: Understanding the Workflow

• Review Bug Management Process
• Review Ticket Validation Process
• Explore existing test cases

✅ Day 5+: Hands-On

• Test cases
• Bug ticket reporting
• Ticket Validation
• Participate in deployment of development environment
• Perform Regression testing if apply
