Unzip your BIF files
In the first place, you have to unpack the .bif files which contains the 3D models of the game.
To do this :
- Download, unzip and start The Witcher 3D models converter
- Go to "The Witcher tools/The Witcher 1/BIF extractor"
- Select the destination folder where the files will be unpacked
- Select the .key files that do you want unpack : Basically a .key file contains a list of .bif files You can extract main.key wich contains most of the files of the game

Start The Witcher 3D models converter

At the top of the window, in the "Base Directory", set the folder where your files were extracted (click on the "..." button and select the folder). If it's not set, you will have issues such as missing textures.

Load your .mdb file. If you search something but you don't know where is the file where it's stored, you can use the search tool (Menu/Search).

Select an output format, the name of the output file (without the extension), and click the "Convert ->" button. You can change some export settings in the options menu (Menu/Options)

And now you can import this in a 3D modeling software
