Milestones are the developing modules that collaborating groups are working on them or planning to work on them.
Each milestone consists of several tasks in the form of issues.
All issues should be assigned to their appropriate milestone, according to their code in the creation time.
GRUP.XX.MILESTONENAME: is the suggesting milestone name GRUP is the collaborating group name, XX is the milestone number that makes the issues trackable for the specific milestone, and finally MILESTONENAME is the under-development module name.
