##First Iteration

The original design from the initial concept was later adapted for the final product. Obviously, the size was a bit unrealistic.

##Receiver 3D Design

Measurements for the major components to be used were taken, and the design from the initial concept was built to contain them.

##Receiver Prototype

The first prototype, made from dollar-store poster board, push pins, and hot glue.

##First Print

First 3d print. (Green was not my first pick, but whatever!) An error in the support strut generation caused the entire back clip to be filled in. Attempts to rectify this with hand tools were...less that successful. Likewise, hand tools were used to resize port for the USB, which was too large to fit into its cap, and the slot within the cap was too small for the USB.

##Second Print

The USB port was resized on the device and cap itself, which can now snugly fit over the device. Unfortunately, the same error as before happened with the support struts. I decided to approach this in a different way...

##Final Print

Success! The back of the case and the clip were redesigned as separate pieces, with the clip having a peg that fit into a slot in the back of the device. Small nubs on the end keep the device perfectly and permanently secure in the back.

##Transmitter Prototype

Armature wire was used to take measurements for an earpiece, and clay prototypes were made up.

##Transmitter 3D Design

Measurements were taken of the components to be used in the device. Unfortunately, one component wasn't accounted for, and therefore the device will need to be redesigned.

##Final Design

I'd decided to ditch the earpiece, and instead have the whole thing as one unit.
