5.2 JUSTIFICATIONS

User friendly 6 It is easy to use that is because their is a LED display and a medium holder. We just need to keep the plates in their places
Semi-automatic -8 It is quite automatic because there is a presence of screen rather than buttons
Hygienic -14 It is not hygienic because, as there are more number of slots for petri plates, so there is a chance of media falling out of the plate's diameter
Smooth and quite -5 There might be some sound due to the presence of chain conveyer

User friendly 12 It becomes very easy to use because there is an indication buzzer and buttons for input. Only one petri plate should be placed at a time

Hygienic 14 It is most hygienic because, there is only one plate holder in a column and there is a sensor to avoid the filling of media out of the plates and also there is tube filling

4 Semi-automatic 8 yes, it is semi-automatic as we need to place the plates and remove the plates by ourselves
Hygienic -7 It cannot be hygienic as there are multiple plate holders in a column and there is a pipe, where there is a chance of leakage
Smooth and quite -5 This machine can make noise as, there is a cooling unit and also the screw conveyer
