SPRINT 1

In Sprint 1, our team made significant progress in developing the bot. We successfully laid the foundation by establishing the core infrastructure, incorporating walls, and implementing slants according to our design specifications. Additionally, we achieved a major milestone by successfully integrating a sensor that significantly enhances the bot's functionality. This sets a strong base for the subsequent sprints and we were excited about the possibilities ahead.

SPRINT 2

In Sprint 2, we achieved the successful integration of a DC motor with the door mechanism. This implementation allows for clockwise movement of the DC motor, which effectively opens the door, and conversely, anticlockwise movement enables the door to close seamlessly. This milestone significantly enhances the bot's capabilities and brings us closer to achieving our project's objectives. Were pleased with the progress made during this sprint and look forward to tackling new challenges in the upcoming phases.

SPRINT 3

During Sprint 3, we successfully demonstrated the comprehensive functionality of the entire bot. Sensor 1 proved to be highly efficient in detecting the presence of a rat, triggering the DC motor to rotate in the anticlockwise direction, effectively closing the door and trapping the rat securely. Once the rat entered the storage unit, the corresponding sensor activated, prompting the DC motor to rotate clockwise, opening the door and preparing the bot for the potential trapping of more rats. This seamless integration of sensors and the DC motor showcases the bot's capability to autonomously handle the trapping process, marking a significant achievement for our project.
