General
While the Paperdoll frame only accounts for Spell Hit Rating from gear, Tankadin calculates Spell Hit from all sources. This includes buffs like Totem of Wrath and Inspiring Presence, talents like Precision and Spell Hit Rating from gear. We are heavily impacted by hit, but in particular spell hit. Almost every action we take can miss, including Consecration. Only the first tick of Consecration will show up as resisted in the logs, if any of the remaining ticks are resisted the tick is just removed from the log.

Abilites that is affected by Spell hit in TBC:
- Righteous Defense
- Judgement
- Consecration
- SoV application
- Holy Shield hits
- Ret aura
- Thorns buff

In TBC you will always have 1 % chance to miss, this is removed in WotLK.
