82 10 2.5 % Soft cap. Removes dodge vs. lv83 with Combat Expertise & Glyph of Seal of Vengeance
213 26 6.5 % Soft cap. Removes dodge vs. lv83
328 40 10 % Hard cap. Removes parry vs. lv83 with Combat Expertise & Glyph of Seal of Vengeance
459 56 14 % Hard cap. Removes parry vs. lv83
Generally you want Soft cap.

For level 82 and below (heroic bosses and trash mobs in raids) the dodge and parry caps are the same. You won't need more than about 22 expertise.

Tankadin will show soft cap as green and hard cap as legendary.
