• Previous meeting notes No.
• EOI ready to go Melissa is going to send it out on Monday Feb 17th and asked for feedback. No particular comments. Garvin Morris suggested having more clarification on policy and code of conduct. Janice Banser seconded it.

New Business

• Report for Board of Directors

Melissa drafted a report on recent activities for the board of directors and sought suggestions from the group. Garvin Morris suggested to include the indication about whether the institution is self-hosted in the report. Janice Banser mentioned the new website looked great.

Interest Group Updates

• Metadata IG (Rosie) The group met on Monday. Mark Jordan discussed some metadata management tools. Meeting minutes posted in the chat. The next meeting will get actual feedback about icg. Look forward to it.

• IR interest group (Don) No meeting in January.

• ISLE Interest Group (Martha or Gavin) ISLE 7 was ready for folks to use. The group is preparing the next release in March. The group had a workgroup session for ISLE8 on Feb 13th. It was a fantastic meeting. Folks were beginning to understand the challenges. More positive resources will be shared in the coming weeks.

• Multi-tenancy Interest Group (Brandon) The group had a meeting on Feb 11th. They had a productive discussion and was on the right path to move forward.

Islandora 8

Eli has accepted the nomination. There are 10 members now. The group went through a sheet of test cases. One major issue is that Uploading large files failed. The group is looking into it. They also had a GitHub milestone. Daniel is going to make one keynote and one presentation at DrupalCon this year.

Islandora Camps

The camp is 10 days away and is well prepared. An online sandbox will be used as it’s convenient.

Round Table

A round table session was held for each member to share accomplishments.
