Meeting Minutes
- Luke question for Kirsta:
- If someone copies someone else’s code and acknowledges their contributions, does that person have to also agree to the LSAP and fill out the Licence agreement as well?

- “Contributor has the rights to offer the software for further distribution.”

- Amy: if the code is licensed for attribution then it’s just a matter of being careful that the attribution is being done in the most correct way.
- Cary is saying that this discussion has been going on for 6 months and has never seen this kind of thing with any other open source program, and whoever is the legal authority needs to speak to this.
- Don: Usually acknowledging credit in the PR is good enough.
- If someone copies someone else’s code and acknowledges their contributions, does that person have to also agree to the LSAP and fill out the Licence agreement as well?
- Should this group and meeting be more open? A member outside of TAG had joined. What is the purpose of this group?
- TAG meetings are stated at membership to be open, but they sometimes handle sensitive security issues that require discretion.
- Seth: ASU is doing performance reviews. FLY System is not performant enough and will not work long term. Want to integrate with Fedora, but details are unclear. Doing performance testing on the edit page. Going to drop FLY Systems.
Action Items
