Controlled Access Terms/OAI-PMH at Univ. of Pittsburgh - Challenges we're running into. (Clinton Graham)
Pitch: Want to target a particular relator in the token lookup. Clinton to create PRs for review.
Scope: How large - Just the controlled access terms - One change to the hook and new config form. PR's most likely to various components.
OAI-PMH Sets: Member view based. Controlled by contextual filter. Josh - Collection Sets. Member of as a contextual filter. Suggestion to add a field to indicate if is a set? (True/False). Adding a field is how it's been done in the past and is simple to do.
Strategic Perspectve: Best way to communicate with the community? Slack/PRs. Todo: Josh - Provide screenshots Clinton - Testing results posted to Slack.
Annie noted the Request for Discussion form for larger requests: https://github.com/Islandora-Labs/rfds

Questions from Slack:
-
Has anyone developed wildcard search support for Mirador? Solr searches with wildcards show results for paged content, but Mirador itself can’t process those searches natively. A: This is an outstanding issue due to Solr mode search descrepencies. Not sure where the issue stems from - related to not using the same solr search operator(s) in different views.

Some weird behaviour with Advanced Search: if “Search All Fields” is turned on, we’re finding that items without the keywords anywhere in their metadata are showing up in the results. For example, the search term “peach” - in a standards search, returns over 29,000 results: https://bcrdh.ca/solr-search/content/grid?search_api_fulltext=peach¬_type=&is_type=&member_of_op=%3D&member_of%5Bvalue%5D=&search_api_fulltext_1=&field_ancestors=&sort_by=title&sort_order=ASC&display=grid&items_per_page=30 But in the advanced search, the same keyword in “all fields” returns over 143,000 results: https://bcrdh.ca/solr-search/content/grid?a%5B0%5D%5Bf%5D=all&a%5B0%5D%5Bv%5D=peach A: Solr Configuration Issue is suggested.
