PR Round up Islandora Org Nothing to address.

Issue Roundup Islandora Org - Issue: (https://github.com/Islandora/Crayfish/issues/190) - Overwriting a particularly large file can run out of time and leave it hanging in the temp folder. Add a change to starter site config template instead of code update for crayfish. Comments to be added to the issue. There might be a more simple solution to implement. Suggestion to check for file name collisions in the temp directory when creating temp files. Questions about scope of the problem and extent of the problem. Suggested to obtain client requirements and environment for more context. Discussion about does this happen for other derivative file creation. Mention of Joe's scyleride(?) ffmpeg used instead of Homarus may be an alternative. Suggestion to use random file names for temp file creation. May need to review other services to check on each one. Incoming reply from the initial reporter agrees with Adam's suggestion. Providing information in the Issue on how to adjust this currently with a suggestion on how to handle this in general.

Other Topics - Report from Laurin: She's having problems with Docker volumes on her new local Apple computer. System reports that it can't find the volumes or responds with Permission Denied. If you comment out the volumes, the images come up. When using 'Make fetch stage' all volumes fail including Drupal. Cary mentioned that Apple has controls that may not allow you do things as expected, and may need to change Apple settings to get around these restrictions. Yamil mentioned that Laurin may need to customize some of the "Make targets" in the Makefile. Yamil offered to have a one-on-one with Laurin or via Slack. Suggestion to look at Docker Compose volume definitions to make sure they are OK (match ISLE-DC). May be related to "old" volumes. Laurin confirmed removing all volumes before starting again. Volume creation seems to be issue here. Suggestion to use docker compose file from old laptop and re-use. Laurin confirmed that this was the case.

Quick Discussion on Video/Audio files in Islandora. Mentioned usage of Kaltura or PeerTube or increasing variables to handle longer processing and/or cache warming of video/audio content.
