We are sorting out how to avoid certain Docker images tags becoming inactive becuase they don't get pulled and then deleted. This affected someone running a 4.x tag. Maybe we should save a copy of the images somewhere else, but there could be a cost. Maybe with Github artifacts. We talked about the burden of saving images in two places in one. We talked about should we have folks just create their own images if an image is missing. We also talked about how right now in build-kit we are pinning dependencies, that is a Docker best practice, but it makes in very hard to creat an older image.
