• https://github.com/Islandora-Devops/isle-buildkit/issues/248 - Might be contexts, causing the infinite loop (action A triggers Action B triggers Action A?) - try disabling all contexts. If we still get duplicates when triggering manually, then we can isolate the problem to the Alpaca etc part of the stack.
