• Discussion about the flood of updated issues/PRs being marked as stale. We can filter those out during the initial flood, but we won't want to do that afterward. Being marked stale gives this meeting an opportunity to review an issue in the call before it disappears.
• Annie noticed that not all the issues are getting tagged as stale that we would expect: https://github.com/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+archived%3Afalse+user%3AIslandora-Labs+sort%3Aupdated-desc&page=3. We're not sure why.
• Yamil asked about performance with pan-zoom with Tiff. Talked about pros/cons of Jpeg v. JP2 (& tiled-tiffs).
