Time/Place

This meeting is held virtually via Zoom, with an open channel for chatter on Slack. Anyone is welcome to join. The hosting can be claimed by anybody with the host ID. The Host ID is in the header of the TAG slack channel.

This was mentioned in the last tech call. README.md says this is in maintenance mode, but this may be promising too much. Perhaps we should encourage folks via the mailing list to ask if someone wants to take ownership of it, to update it.

The folks in the Czech Republic are still using Ansible, but they would like to use Docker/Kubernetes in the future. They have migrated some of their islandora systems, but they have several others that need migrating.

We see good things about this change, specially for new brand new users. We tried to think about downsides to this change, for example it could be an issue for those that had set up isle-site-template in the old way.

There a need for migration plan, for those that are already running the old way. Maybe create a tool for it.
