https://github.com/Islandora/documentation/issues/1627 - Joe surfaced the issue by adding a comment. We don't necessarily want to force folks out of ActiveMQ/Alpaca (for performance). Akanksha pointed to https://www.drupal.org/project/advancedqueue/issues/3003158. Adam mentioned that the bottle-neck is the database locking
https://github.com/Islandora/islandora/issues/1054 & https://github.com/Islandora/documentation/issues/2353 - Contexts got a D11 version now. Akanksha asked how best to collaborate. They would prefer to use ECA. Additional components under consideration for improvement. Akanksha will write up some proposals to bring to a Tech Call or the April TAG meeting.

Seth asked if https://github.com/Islandora/islandora/pull/1073#discussion_r1985452369 needed any follow-up. Probably, but not an emergency.
