Agenda and Notes

• We welcomed Aubrey and heard an overview of goals for her first 3 months. These can be summarized as:
  • Continued onboarding and attending various meetings across the community
  • Joining the IslandoraCon committee and supporting planning
  • Creating a plan for the 2025-2026 fiscal year to be presented at the AGM; synthesizing IF Strategic Plan elements as well as community and governance input
  • Onboarding for Islandora- formalize and update existing documentation and process
• IslandoraCon 2025 update:
  • The committee was in the process of finalizing the schedule and registration and should be sharing that soon
  • Discussion on “regional watch parties” is happening as well, more to follow
• Islandora Essential Activities and related Roles
  • The corresponding RASCI Matrix to clarify responsibilities amongst governance and the community was finalized and will be shared very soon.
• Community Sprint to move from Context to ECA in preparation for D11 upgrades
  • Aubrey to follow up with TAG
• IG and Committee Updates

  • DIG: focused on responding to the RASCI matrix
  • TAG: focused on responding to the RASCI matrix
  • CoCC: working on updates to Code of Conduct – mostly to reflect current governance structures
