• Amy: Google form about possible future Open Meeting topics:

  • Rebel: A session for newbies, people switching over from Dspace
  • Amy: Develop a list of Islandora users and moving/migration: from what system, issues faced

• Amy: User Call

  • These are not scheduled right now. How to reinvigorate with a larger outreach plan?
  • 1 hour rather than the 4 of the Open Meeting
  • 1 hour is enough for Q and A without planning
  • Ambassadors program could serve as a way to intro new calls

• Is there space for an insterest group which is more about user experience? This is what the User Call used to handle, ex. configuration, use cases

• Rosie: If we do reinvigorate it, having it on the same day but with a 1 hour time slot instead?

• Amy: For Open Meetings, should these instead be every other month, or quarterly?

• Rebel: The way the open meetings have been set up, don't really set up participation. An "Islandora Check in and Check up" would be useful.

• Amy is available to chair ICC meetings until July.
