Priorities for 2023 (for further discussion/SOAR analysis on Dec 18)

Metadata IG (Rosie) - have not met since last ICC meeting
IR interest group (Don) - have not met since last ICC meeting
Documentation Interest Group (Yamil or Mirko) - haven't met since last ICC meeting; looking to host a mini/micro sprint in the Spring (more to come)
Code of Conduct - met for first time this week; working on updating to best practices and will share pending changes with the ICC

Open Meeting - trying to establish schedule and agenda for 2023; plan to have a 2 hour time slot starting at noon EST and able to adjust on any given month if less content
Interest Group - discussion about information for Interest Groups on the website, changes made to section about Terms of Reference; ICC intermediary regarding funding for Interest Group projects; note about community wiki added; will inform Krista that we have made edits and good to move forward
Event Planning Decision Documents - discussion around how we would like to move forward with this discussion
Priorities for 2023 (for further discussion/SOAR analysis on Dec 18) - Sarah will try and schedule that to help inform planning for 2023
ICC discussion on starter site/install profile planning as discussed in Open Meeting 11/29 -- figure out decision points and community feedback - discussion around putting it on Digital Ocean, reaching out to Metadata; or ICC drafts a short proposal to help facilitate building a team to test and respond to changes; or would a sprint be an appropriate solution; iterative development model; Sarah will create a template to start off the process and Rosie is working on some documents

Suggested by Rosie: Can someone post an update in Slack #general or #islandora, to the effect of: “From today’s ICC meeting: Monthly Open Meetings will continue in 2023. New time: noon-2 or noon-3 eastern (depending on how much content we have)”?
