      • Contradictory experience in the field. Needs more investigation, particularly the minimum requirements for dev laptops and dedicated servers.

      • If we want this functionality in the future, we can implement it in a field formatter. Group agreed that this sort of logic should not live in the theme. Adam suggested creating a JPEG2000 toolkit. Case could be made for this if we want in the future. Don will open a PR for a use case for this functionality so we can track this functionality.

   • Eli asked about whether we should be using the new install profile to test new features. Yes! Some discussion around aligning default config of Playbook, ISLE, and install profiles.
