1. Setup PR template on all Islandora CLAW GitHub organization repositories
2. CLAW versioning & releases - chronological or feature-based?

Minutes

1. CLAW PR template got discussed, and Amanda Lehman was gracious enough to take the newbie ticket to implement it in all of our Github repositories.
2. CLAW versioning will be feature based, as opposed to chronological. With smaller releases more often, which should be less resource intensive at any given time.
3. @whikloj and @shorock discussed XDebug and PHP setup. We may be able to make changes to the vagrant environment to smooth that over for people.
