1. Click on the Add tool + and add GitHub tool

2. Set the following in the Configure GitHub and click on the Create Integration button when completed

a. Resource type : Existing
b. Repository URL

Sample display:

3. In the ci-pipeline Configuration, set the following parameters in the Triggers section:

a. Repository
b. Branch
c. EventListener to github-commit
d. Enable the commit-push trigger and Save
