General agreement on the followings:

• Goals: Short term goal: To have a working set of Easy LoRa gateway - Developer Edition (Gateway, Node and 3D cases). Long term goal: Establish long range network for IoTs.
• Contribution model: To initially form a team as IoT ecosystem. Easy LoRa project to start based on Android's model. Easy LoRa group will keep control of the official source code. EVERYONE has the right to clone, modify and sell products with the source code from LoRa group.
• Team: To form teams of Industry Advisor team, Application team, Hardware team and IoT team based on voluntarily works (no-paid). Fresh members (with no experience but with PASSION) will be instructed by core team.
• Common Hardware: We will use CloudFermi SOM-ESP32-3 (Lora SX1278 433MHz) for gateway Contact Bui H. Cuong for one. And Heltec ESP32 - WiFi Lora 32 for LoRa node (Buy one here)
• Sponsorship: We PERSONALLY offer 50% discount for CloudFermi SOM-ESP32-3 as our main gateway board. Valid until 15 June 2018. Max 2 CloudFermi boards/member. HURRY UP. For Heltec board, we have to buy on our own or we buy for you on be half.

• Saturday 02 June 2018: Workshop 1 - Easy LoRa gateway: Compile, configure and start coding.

• Pin mapping for Easy LoRa gateway: We will provide the pin mapping for the board.
• The availability of a screen for Easy LoRa gateway: We will do R&D to fit in a LCD into UART pins.
• The availability of an very easy to use gateway: We will provide an Easy LoRa - Standard Edition for SME and home-users at the end of 2018.
• The availability of a case (cover) for the gateway: We will provide a 3D case for Easy LoRa - Developer Edition.
• The availability of LoRaWAN for the gateway: We would likely to use LoRaWAN for Enterprise Edition only. Developer Edition and Standard Edition will have LoRa support.
• The availability of Easy LoRa node: We will launch the Easy LoRa node very soon but for group members only.
• Test of range and interference for LoRa: We will conduct tests of medium scale with 50-100 nodes using group members' boards.
