The BMS database, also referred to as IBDBV2, is a hybrid schema composed of the ICIS - International Crop Information System (ICIS) database and also the CHADO natural diversity model. The following diagram lists out the tables in the current schema categorised for ICIS vs CHADO origin. The relative 'domains' of the database are also highlighted. There are collections of tables that store data relating to a single real world concept that the application manages.
