Hermes Communications

Hermes Communications should be Disabled if the attached SMT Machine is at the End of the Production Line.

When Move the PCB Data to Downstream when Communications is Disabled is Enabled it allows the Equipment PCB Capacity to not be considered when allowing Boards into the attached SMT Machine.
