Hi. Queen Cobra here.

It's up to you two to help build this Boss Battle simulator. Paul is off fighting some Virobots, and he's going to need the simulator done in order to understand how he can defeat the Cryptic Creeper. And I'm not sure where SideWinder has slithered off to.

As usual, the Help article will give you more hints, in case you get stuck, when you're following the instructions in the book. The challenges will add more features to your simulator, and be sure to check out some of the online articles, to learn more!

Here are all our Level 6 online resources:

  • Level 6: Help - This page will help you if you get stuck on any of the ideas in Level 6 as well as going a bit deeper on someone of the topics discussed in class.

  • Level 6: Challenge 1 - In this first challenge, you will add sounds to the game, when Paul and the Cryptic Creeper attack each other!

  • Level 6: Challenge 2 - In the second challenge, you will add another plasma bolt projectile for the Cryptic Creeper to attack with!

  • Level 6: Online Articles - I provided a list of articles that will you learn more about our assignment's core concepts.

  • Level 6: Learning Quiz - These questions are for a quiz you can take that will tell us what you've learned from today's assignment. You'll find the answers to the quiz in the Level 6 Solutions folder.

  • Level 6: Unplugged Activity - It's important to get some exercise and to think of coding from a fresh perspective. This level's Unplugged Activity is called Boss Battle Collision! The players will think like your program as they check when they bump into something in their hit box.

  • Level 6: Rewards - If you're able to complete the class assignment in our book, then we want you to access this page as a reward, in order to see all the exploratory art and backstory for how we created the Creeper Chase program! You will also receive a digital AWARD for completing this level!
