Scripts - ImBurnsy/Taunahi GitHub Wiki

This page outlines how to use the different scripts that are part of Taunahi.

Farming

In most cases, once you've set a rewarp point, starting farming scripts is as simple as clicking "start."

Rewarping

Rewarping allows the script to remember the end of your farm. Once it reaches this point, the script will stop, execute /warp garden, and return to the spawn point, which should be the beginning of your farm.

  1. Go to the start of your farm, and do /setspawn. image
  2. Go to the end of your farm. image
  3. Navigate to /taunahi -> Rewarper, click the + symbol to add your current location as a rewarp point, and rename it if desired. image

Auto-Direction

Auto-Direction automatically adjusts your yaw and pitch to align with the optimal direction for your farm design. By default, Taunahi should be able to determine this for you without configuration.

If it doesn’t, go to /taunahi -> Auto-Direction and click + to add a custom configuration for a specific script. You should never need to disable Humanize Rotations, as it improves safety. Disabling it may reduce the script's security.

Movement Direction

In most farming scripts (e.g., S-Shape or Vertical designs), there is no setting to manually adjust your starting direction. Taunahi automatically determines this to optimize movement between rows and to support certain Hydra functionality.

If the script is not moving in the correct direction, follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Ensure your farm is built correctly, without missing blocks or obstacles like stray melons. The most common issue is row endings are not consistent or have holes.
  2. Make sure you have a rewarp point at the end of your farm.
  3. If your farm has complex row endings, such as variations in Y elevation, enable Allow Irregular Corners. This simplifies corner detection but may reduce the accuracy of the Auto-Direction feature.
  4. If issues persist, create a ticket on Discord and share a screenshot or clip of your farm for further assistance.

FAQ

  • Invalid Spawn:

    • Sometimes you may receive a false Hydra message stating your spawn is invalid. To fix this, resync your spawn point with Taunahi by redoing /setspawn. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, you might be experiencing a mod conflict.
  • Farming Interruptions:

    • False Hydra messages about Farming Interruptions occur when the script can't proceed as expected, often due to user error. The most common cause is an issue with Movement Direction, explained in the section above.
  • Unable to hit/move:

    • If the script looks at crops but doesn't break them, you may need a mod that extends crop hitboxes. Installing Patcher is recommended, as it includes useful features and performance enhancements.

    • If the script is unable to move, a mod conflict is likely. For example, SkyHanni has a feature called Custom Keybinds that can interfere with Taunahi’s ability to hold down keys. Disable this feature to resolve the conflict.

Combat

Slayers

  • Autoslayer:

    • If you don’t have the server's Autoslayer feature, you can enable the Autoslayer setting to automatically use the Maddox Batphone to start slayer tasks without manual intervention.
  • Tank Bosses:

    • This feature is currently designed for Revenant T5 bosses. By default, the script uses positioning to avoid TNT and lightning attacks, although this method may be slightly less efficient and the movement less smooth compared to standard autokilling. If your gear allows you to tank the TNT and still kill the boss efficiently, you can enable the "Tank Bosses" setting, which prioritizes speed and disregards avoidance tactics.

Auto-Heal

Auto-heal is available for all melee combat scripts. It periodically checks your health, and if it falls below a set threshold, it will pause attacking to quickly restore health. This works best with a Hyperion, though more affordable alternatives like the Wand of Atonement or Florid can also be used.

Presume 1-Tap

This setting assumes that all enemies (excluding special mobs like slayer bosses) can be killed in a single hit. Enabling it will increase your kills per hour, as the script won't wait for confirmation of the kill before moving to the next target.

Ghost

The Ghost script is straightforward, with the main setting being the area you choose to target. The default is the Main Area, but if it's too crowded, you may want to adjust the setting.

Area Description Normalized Killing Rate
Main Area A small open area with the highest concentration of ghosts. 100%
Secondary Area Located on the opposite side of the mist, without bad mobs being selected. 93%
Secondary Area (Extended) The Secondary Area with an extended section that adds more mobs. 89%
Entire Mist The entire mist area. 91%

Zealot (Melee)

Like the Ghost script, the only main setting is the area you want to farm zealots in.

Area Description Normalized Killing Rate Normalized XP Rate
Main The nest area with easier-to-kill zealots, requiring less gear. The flat terrain is also helpful. ~100% ~75%
Bruiser One The upper level of the two Bruiser zones. ~75% ~100%
Bruiser Two The lower level of the Bruiser zones, with a higher concentration of bruisers. ~75% ~100%

Note that the Bruiser areas can often become overcrowded.

Zealot (Ranged)

The Ranged Zealot script uses a ranged weapon to kill zealots from elevated positions in the nest. While ranged combat allows for targeting enemies from a distance, melee is generally preferred due to access to the Bruiser areas, which provide significantly higher XP per hour. Additionally, melee helps you blend in better, which can be important for safety.

FAQ

  • It doesn't attack the boss:
    • If you are using a nickname, the script may not recognize the boss as yours.
  • Script telling me to have Etherwarp:
    • Some scripts rely on Ether Transmission to move to specific locations. If you start the script outside the designated area and do not have a tool with Etherwarp ability, the script may automatically stop.

Fishing

Most of the fishing process is straightforward, and most settings can remain unchanged for a smooth experience.

Location Fishing

Location fishing is a variant of the fishing scripts that include automatic travel to your desired destination. If you are attended, this feature is probably unnecessary. It's much easier to go to the locations manually rather than configuring it in the script.

While the script provides a few default presets, it’s highly recommended to create your own paths to avoid using the same routes as others.

Making a location destination In this example, we’ll create a destination at a specific spot in the barn: image

  1. Go to the settings and find the Destination setting. image

  2. Click the folder icon in the bottom-right corner to open the file explorer.

  3. Duplicate one of the default files and rename it (e.g., barn.yml). image

  4. Open the file with a text editor. While Notepad works fine, using an editor that properly handles file formatting and indentation is preferable.

  5. Change the name property to something unique, like Barn Pond, and set the server-location to the relevant region, in this case, THE_BARN.

  6. The next step involves setting up autowalk paths. Paths consist of checkpoints, and although default files contain multiple paths for randomness, creating your own config will only require one path. Delete the other paths to simplify things. image Now, add checkpoints for the actual path. Since unloaded areas can’t be navigated directly, checkpoints help guide the script. In this example, two checkpoints will suffice due to the small area. image image Note: Checkpoint positions represent the block where your feet are, not the block you're standing on.

  7. Set the focus-area to the block where the script should aim (e.g., the middle of the pond). image

  8. You’re all set! image

Worm Fishing

Worm fishing is a profitable fishing method where you catch worms in a pit and kill them periodically to farm worm membranes.

Location & ESP To worm fish, you must lava fish in the Precursor Remnants above Y64. Use /wormfishesp to locate ideal fishing spots. image

Pit Your pit can be designed in various ways, but a basic pit should look like this: image As you fish, worms are launched into the pit behind you. The script will periodically look down, use a weapon, and then continue fishing.

Weapon By default, Worm Fishing is configured to use Hyperion for killing, but it can also use other weapons, like a Giant's Sword, as a backup. The key is to ensure you have Looting V to maximize worm drop rates. Two factors contribute to your earnings: your fishing speed/sea creature chance, and the drops from the worms.

Party Mode Worm Party allows multiple players to fish into the same pit and share the multiplied loot. One player acts as the leader (using Hyperion), and others as members (using a Dreadsword to deal damage before the Hyperion strike).

The leader can create a party by using /wormparty create {password}. Once the party is created, Taunahi will assign a party name (e.g., "Leaf"). Friends can join using /wormparty join {party name} {password}.

Once connected, the party HUD will show pings and the current actions of each member. The leader’s script will then coordinate kills with the members' scripts.

FAQ

  • Nothing is being fished out:
    • This issue occurs if you have disabled Anti-AFK features (such as Mouse Wiggler). Regular movement is necessary to imitate real player behavior.
  • Lava Lagbacks/False Checks:
    • Using the script in problematic locations, such as on soul sand or when swimming out of lava, can cause server/client desync, resulting in lagbacks. For best results, use the script in a flat, stable area.
  • Best lava spots?:
    • Small pools such as near to the spawn of the Crimson Isle are ideal, especially if you have a wall behind you. Another great tip is to go to the Crimson Isle and then AOTV to the mountain in the Deep Caverns.

Foraging

Script Types

You have several script options available for foraging, each with its own setup and benefits:

Type Description
Park Foraging Requires almost no setup and provides good rates, though it can get overcrowded during certain Mayors.
Hub Foraging No setup required but offers poor rates. This script is designed for new accounts, not to compete with Park Foraging.
Island Foraging (Side to Side) Requires a design to be built on your island. Provides good foraging rates.
Island Foraging (Classical) A simpler design than Side to Side, but may produce slightly lower rates.

Pet Swap

The Park Foraging and Side to Side scripts support pet swapping. You'll need to configure Skyblock pet rules as follows:

  1. Equip Level 100 Monkey when throwing your rod. image
  2. Equip Ocelot when collecting wood. image
  3. Ensure you have your fishing rod in your hotbar image

Park Foraging

Most of the settings for Park Foraging are straightforward. Below are the different regions ranked from best to worst (in my opinion).

Regions

Region Description
Acacia Completely flat and ideal for foraging.
Jungle Fairly flat with a large area and dense logs.
Dark Oak Good log density, but the environment is more rigid and often overcrowded.
Spruce Decent option, though it tends to be less popular.
Birch Small trees and usually quite crowded.

Island Foraging (Side to Side)

Design To use Island Foraging, you need a setup that will automatically refill your inventory with the necessary materials for continuous farming. image In the Side to Side design, skulls (which can be purchased from the Builder) are placed around the player to facilitate movement left and right. The machine works by placing a block next to the repeater, which triggers a pulse that activates five droppers. These droppers will refill your inventory with 4 saplings and 1 enchanted bonemeal.

  • Fill the side chests with Dark Oak saplings (available from the Builder).
  • Fill the chest behind the player with Enchanted Bonemeal (available from the Bazaar).

Usage Make sure your hotbar contains a Treecapitator, a stack of enchanted bonemeal, and a stack of saplings. Once set up, you can start the script.

FAQ

  • Script telling me to have Etherwarp:
    • The Park Foraging script's failsafe relies on Ether Transmission to move between locations. If you start the script outside the configured area and don't have a tool with this ability, the script will stop automatically.
  • Script is too slow:
    • If you've configured the script for faster speeds (e.g., with a low update rate) and it's still slow, the issue may be related to the Monkey cooldown, which the script is waiting for. Review your settings or lower the cooldown in-game.
  • Saplings not refilling:
    • If saplings aren't refilling, check if you have a foraging sack that's automatically collecting the saplings.

Builders

Building farms can be tedious and repetitive, which is where the Farm Builders script section comes in. These scripts use a variety of tools to help you quickly create a selected farm design.

Usage

When you start the script, it will notify you if any required tools are missing, most of which can be purchased from Anita, The Redstone Engineer, etc. The script retrieves blocks from the Bazaar or, if necessary, from the Builder via your Abiphone. If the Builder isn’t already added as a contact, the script will not function properly.

At the start, you'll set the farm's boundaries, rotating the layout and adjusting the base coordinates as needed. (Tip: Hold down on the arrows for faster coordinate changes instead of clicking repeatedly.) Once you're satisfied with the setup, hold the Enter key (or a customized key in Minecraft controls) to confirm and begin the farm-building process.

Starting Environments

For the Vertical, Staircase Mushroom, and Compact designs, you'll need a completely empty plot. This can be done by setting the plot to superflat and clearing it out manually or using the Builder's Ruler. Save this plot as a preset named "Empty" and apply it to other plots as needed. If the preset is named empty then the script will never delete it should it need more slots for preset pasting later.

Some other designs are very short height wise, such as the Classical Mushroom or S-Shape farms. In these there's no real need to dig down to bedrock, and therefore you can just use Superflat, however you do need to remove the wall borders of the plot.

FAQ

  • Seeds aren't being pasted!
    • Preset pasting pulls seeds or plant blocks from your Large Agronomy Sack. Make sure your sack is filled before starting, so seeds are planted automatically during the process. If you don’t have a sack, you can manually plant seeds after the script finishes.
  • Prismapump doesn't finish:
    • This is a known server issue. You may need to manually complete any unfinished lanes after the script runs.
  • What are the yellow bounds?
    • If the preview bounding box has any yellow bounds, that means that the script must be able to stand there at some point, which means that whilst that area won't be filled in the final build, it must be free (air) for the script to travel into.
  • Will you add more farm designs?
    • Yes, we plan to introduce more designs as time goes on. While the initial selection should cover most needs, we’ve kept it small for stability purposes. Feel free to submit your design ideas via Discord or email.
  • How to increase speed?
    • The speed of the builder mostly depends on ping - there's nothing you can do about this.
  • How to do multiple builds in one plot?
    • If you use an autobuilder on a plot, then another in the same plot, it'll break the first farm due to the script copying the 1st plot with the row endings, etc, to all the other plots when building the second one. As a result of this, the best way to use multiple autobuilders in the same plot is to use them until they get to the plot copy and pasting stage. Then copy and paste the rest yourself, and do the row switching after yourself. This way, the autobuilder will still do like >90% of the work for you.

Pests & Visitors

Pests and Visitors are intermediary scripts for farming in the Garden. This guide explains various settings and how they work.
