sphaira supports the option to dump games via the Games menu.

Selecting content to dump.

• All: Dumps all content (see below for more info).
• Application: Dumps the base game ONLY.
• Patch: Dumps the update ONLY.
• AddOnContent: Dumps the dlc ONLY.
• DataPatch: Dumps dlc update ONLY.

microSD card

dumps the game to /dumps/NSP/.

/dev/null

this is used for benchmarking, no data is actually dumped.

Limitations / Notes

• Currently, sphaira can only dump titles that use common tickets.
• Sphaira does not modify the data it is dumping. It is dumped exactly as it's stored on the switch.
