Meetings Done by the Team to Check Progress

1. Final Meeting to Review the Pending Tasks for the Sprint 3 Delivery

We organized a final meeting 24 hours before delivering the Sprint 3 in order to check that we completed all requirements.

During this meeting we checked the tasks and issues planned by each member in the Team Kanban (GitHub Projects) for the Sprint. The tasks in the review column were discussed in group to approve the issues and close them.

Also, the Different Milestones created for the sprint were reviewed and the completion percentage was checked as a team to know which tasks and issues were left to complete them (and achieve a progress of 100%).

2. Ethical Considerations Video

The team also had a meeting to prepare the Ethical Considerations Video for this Sprint and agree on what was everybody going to say. After practising a prepared script, the team recorded a zoom meeting and uploaded the video to the corresponding section of this Wiki for the Sprint 3 final deliverable.
