Establish spending limits

With this functionality you can set limits on the balance sheet of the accounts used, either by an expense category (as shown in the first image) or by a total amount. This can be done on a daily, weekly or monthly basis (as shown in the second image). These limits will be stored within the user's data, so that with this data we can send notifications every time the user is close to the established limits.
