Team Agreemets - ISIS3510-202410-Team23/Backend GitHub Wiki
- We commit to respecting our colleagues and their ideas.
- We commit to attending a mandatory meeting every Friday after class (11:00 AM).
- We commit to dividing the work equitably (and helping each other with anything challenging).
- We commit to adhering to the schedules we define as a group for the delivery of tasks and progress, which should always be on this GitHub organization.
- We commit to providing constructive feedback on everything our colleagues have done.
- We commit to staying informed about communication channels within the group, to always be aware of all interactions and ideas. These are primarily Discord, GitHub Issues and WhatsApp.
- Before making a release, a mandatory meeting will be scheduled, which we commit to attending to review that everything is functioning correctly.
- We commit to not submitting a pull request with errors; in other words, not submitting something that someone else will have to correct later. Instead, we ensure that what we have done works and does not conflict with other classes or the project.
- We commit to reviewing a pull request assigned to us within a time limit of no more than one day after the assignment.
- We commit to having a clear understanding of the statement of what needs to be done. This implies that we will not undertake anything that is not stipulated or has not been discussed with the team beforehand.
- We commit to informing the rest of the team when we do not know how to do what we are doing, or if we have problems implementing it, or if any unforeseen circumstances occur (preferably 2 or 3 days before the deadline). This allows us to plan an alternative distribution route to ensure we meet the deadline.
- We commit to commenting and documenting on the code we write.
