Setup Clockify

Account

Create an account on Clockify using either your HfT-Mail or your private E-Mail. For 'Workspace' just go with 'IP2-2025'.

You should recieve an invite to the 'IP2-2025'-Team via E-Mail. Go ahead and join the team and also the project.

Extention

Next up download the Clockify-Extention for your Browser:

• Chrome & Edge

Then open the extention and log into your Clockify-Account.

How to use Clockify

Go to the Kanban Board and open the issue you plan to work on.

Start the timer. Make sure to add a description of your task (GitHub Ticket ID + Descrition or something like that), assign some tags if necessary and select Project 'IP2-2025 - Software'. When you are finished Stop the timer again inside of the opened ticket or via the Clockify-Website.

Adding Time Manually

In the Clockify Web app, time tracking can be added manually. Under the "Time Tracking" section, you will find the following view:

Every time entry requires a description and can be assigned to a task for IP2-2025. If the task does not exist, you have the option to create a new one.
