Issue/Task Creation

  1. Navigate to Project > Kanban IP2, where you will see all tasks and their current status

  1. To create a new issue, click on the +Add Item button

  1. Name Item: Choose a clear naming

  2. After naming the item, you can assign it to a project and create a new Blank Task

    • Every issue should be connected to a Task, and each task must include a clear Description

Kanban Board

Tasks on the Kanban board can be moved between different stages:

Backlog

  • Tasks in this section have not been started yet

In Progress

  • Tasks in this section are actively being worked

In Review

  • Tasks in this section are being reviewed

Rules

  • Ensure that tasks are moved to the right status based on their progress
