How to generate Intel System Support Utility report

Download latest version of Intel System Support Utility from here.

Run ssu.exe and check Everything

Click Scan

Wait for it to finish

Click Next

Click Save

Give it a name, select the output folder and click Save

Anonymize SSU report (IGCIT Helper)

The following data will be removed:

• MAC addresses
• IP Addresses
• Machine ID
• Machine name
• Your username
• Network Name/Profile
• Serial Numbers
• Net Connection IDs

Go to Tools, in SSU report section, click Anonymize

Select the SSU output file you generated in previous steps

If no errors occur, you will see a success message

Anonymized report is written to the same directory of your SSU report

Upload this file to your issue

It is recommended to make sure no sensitive data is still present before uploading!
