Pneumatic Tubing allows quickly and efficiently transferring items between blocks. Place a line of Pneumatic Tubes between the inventories you want to link, then place a Pneumatic Entry-Point on the block you want to extract items from, and a Pneumatic Exit-Point on the block you want to insert items into.

Pneumatic Tubing will only insert/extract items in correct slots- for example, it won't remove blaze powder from the fuel slot of a brewing stand. Also works with Mech machines, so it won't extract from the input slot of an Arc Furnace.

Shift+Right click on a chest to set the filter to the contents of the chest. Then, right click the filter on a Pneumatic Entry or Exit Point to restrict what items they send/receive.
