• Geospatial Data Act of 2018

Nate attended a call organized by the Office of the Geographer and Global Issues. One of the main agenda items was the Geospatial Data Act of 2018. The act concerns coordinated use, sharing, and dissemination of geospatial data across the federal government. State Department efforts to achieve and maintain compliance with the act provide opportunities for S/GAC to align with other State initiatives.
