Test IBM Storage Scale bridge for Grafana

The test suite includes unittests which you can easily run using nose on your local machine

pip3 install nose
git clone https://github.com/IBM/ibm-spectrum-scale-bridge-for-grafana.git my_bridge_folder
cd my_bridge_folder
nosetests -v ./tests/
