Firewall Settings

Clients must ensure that their corporate firewalls are correctly configured to allow their Organization (human users and system users) to access IBM Food Trust.

IBM Food Trust URLs

To access IBM Food Trust programmatically (i.e. for system users), enable access to the following URLs through your organization's firewall:

• https://food.ibm.com for the application (environment specific)
• IBM Food Trust Authentication: https://iam.cloud.ibm.com/identity/token for the application authentication (not environment specific)

IBM Cloud IAM service

System users behind a corporate firewall must also enable access to the following URL, for obtaining an IBM Cloud IAM token:

• https://idaas.iam.ibm.com/

IP addresses vs. domain names

If your organization only enables IP addresses, Classless Inter-Domain Routing (CIDR) IP addresses can be obtained from https://api.cis.cloud.ibm.com/v1/ips. Because these IPs can change, refresh this list periodically (e.g. monthly).
