Liquid Mineral Medium

Ingredients:

• 2 L of Bidistilled water.

Solution A 10X	Amounts
K2HPO4·3H2O	42,5 g
NaH2PO4·H2O	10 g
NH4Cl	20 g

Solution B 10X	Amounts
Nitril triacètic àcid sal disòdica	1,23 g
MgSO4·7H2O	2 g
FeSO4·7H2O	0,12 g
MnSO4·H2O	0,03 g
ZnSO4·7H2O	0,03 g
CoCl2·6H2O	0,01 g

Method:

1. Prepare the solution A 10X.
2. Fill until 1 L with bidistilled water.
3. Prepare the solution B 10X.
4. Fill until 1L with bidistilled water.
5. Add 100 mL of each solutions (A and B), and fill until 1 L with bidistilled water.
6. When the medium is a 1X, autoclave it.

Solid Mineral Medium

Ingredients:

• 2 L of Bidistilled water.
• 15 g/L of technical agar (agar free of impurities).
• Solution A 10X from the liquid mineral medium.
• Solution B 10X from the liquid mineral medium.

Method:

1. Prepare the liquid mineral medium (above).
2. Add 15 g/L of technical agar.
