High salinity medium (Park 2012 Extremophiles)
Materials:
- 1 L of distilled water.
- Filters 0,22 µL.
- Hypersaline medium.

Method:
- Prepare the hypersaline medium.
- Fill up until 1L with distilled water (~ 900 mL).
- Shake it to dissolve well the salts.
- Filter by using 0,22 µm.
- Store at RT.
Uses: 100 G and 150 G (G = autoclaved barley grain).
