| Fe(NH4)2(SO4)2 x 6H2O (0.005 M) | 10 mL |
Method:
- Prepare the basal medium (table 1).
- Prepare separately each stock solutions (table 2).
- Add the stock solutions to the basal medium (table 1) as indicated above (table 2) to avoid precipitation.
- Bring the final volume to 1 mL.
The pH should be 6,5.
- Autoclave at 121ºC.
- Filter sterilize a 2 M glucose solution and add aseptically 50 ml to the above medium.
18g/50mL glucose = 2M glucose.
- Store at 4ºC.
