What is Shaping/Bending Machine?

A Bending machine is primarily used for bending a wire or sheet with different shape and size. The machine makes use of bending tool to bend wire. The strong nature of this bending machine is due to the fact that they are manufactured using high-grade raw material.

Types of bending machine:

1. Metal Sheet bending Machine:

The sheet bending machine which is mainly used for the purpose of creating bend inside the metal sheet. A sheet folding machine is refereed to as instrument which is used to bend the objects at any particular angle.

2. CNC Press Brake Machine:

A CNC press brake is referred to as a 3 axis machine which is found be accurate, automatic and has fast back gauge. These machineries are specially designed in order to fit all precise bending requirements at a very low cost.

3. Hydraulic Press Brake Machine:

These machine can easily execute cutting, bending and spreading of the sheets. These are simple to operate and are even noise and vibration free. Due to its simple structure, mass amount of materials can be bent and cut down at same time.

4. Hydraulic NC Pipe Bending Machine:

The hydraulic NC pipe bending machine is also called semi-automatic tube bending machine. It is mainly used for the processing of a product with only a single bend or multiple bends on the same plane. The feed and rotation are controlled manually, the bending arm is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder, and the bending speed is controlled by multiple sets of solenoid valves to adjust the output flow of the hydraulic cylinder.

5. Plate Rolling Machine

• 3 Roll Pyramid type Mechanical Plate Bending Machine: These are designed to cater the basic requirements of bending & forming of metal plates. In this machine, the bottom rolls are driven by electric motor & gear box. The upper roll is having manual up & down adjustment to achieve desired bending radius. This is a very simple & robust design machine suitable for light to medium jobs.
• 3 Roll type Hydro Mechanical Plate Bending: These are designed with top roll up and down movement by hydraulic cylinder. Dropper end movement is done by hydraulic cylinder.
• 3 Roll Plate Bending Hydro Mechanical Double Pre-Pinch: 3These are designed with double side pre-pinching arrangement. The unique design permits the pre-pinching of job by both bottom rolls. The top roller is fixed and pre-pinching by both bottom rolls are thru hydraulic cylinders.
• Pyramid type Bending Roller: Bottom roll are fixed and driven by Gears and warm Reduction Gear Box. Top Roll rotates in fixed positions andean be adjusted up & down manually by adjustable screws

6. Pipe Bending Machine:

A pipe bending machine is a type of machine used to bend hollow pipes and to even the sections. The pipe bending machine is also called as Manual Pipe Bending Machine. The type of material that can be used to bend on the manual pipe bending machine is stainless steel and cast iron.

7. Twin Head Pipe Bending machine:

Twin head pipe bending machine can bend both ends of the pipe at the same time, which is especially suitable for symmetrical pipe bending. They are usually used to bend car seat frames, motorcycle bumpers, furniture frames, with high production efficiency. In the process of bending the pipe, the twin head pipe bending machine cannot install mandrel and wiper die, therefore, the bent pipe requires a relatively large bending radius and thick wall thickness.

8. Steel Bar Bender:

Steel Bar Bender is a type of engineering steel bar processing equipment that is simple to operate and has good performance and reliability.It is capable of bending steel bars from 0 to 180 degrees and is widely used in the construction of roads, bridges, tunnels, and other giant projects. The machine comes in both automatic and manual versions
