Report Completion - HydroflowSF/Training GitHub Wiki

How to access my data Go to Individual, bookmark this link. Work through the Due list until up to date. The chart will show your completion rate.

How to cancel visits There are some legit reasons for jobs not to be completed such as lost contracts, changes in service frequency etc. This needs to be communicated to the relevant @Invoicing channel and myself. Just adding a note in a report or on the Visit removal tool does not make its way to the correct people.

Examples of invalid reasons • System offline – We still submit offline reports to indicate the system is offline. • Person XYZ completed the service – Then it was your responsibility to make sure they received the generated job. • Report was emailed directly to the customer – ALL reports should be added to Salesforce and sent from there to ensure we have backups of all reports. • Created for delivery request – Now that HydroForce can create a dedicated job for that, please use it instead as those are filtered out of your results. • Job will be done next month – If it was supposed to be done this month but moved due to customer request, do not cancel the job, rather move it over. It will not be auto scheduled otherwise.

When cancelling a visit, click on the ‘Remove Visit’ button and fill in a valid reason. Requests without valid reasons will be pushed back.

How to read the data – Management Access Only The National YTD link shows number of jobs against Completed/Report Sent/Archived (considered done) and Planned (still outstanding). The current goal is for Planned to be below 5%

To drill down, go to Mildura’s link below. This will give a breakdown of where the 92 Jobs are, and who they belong to.

Clicking on one person’s bar will hide all other jobs and only show theirs. Click on it again to restore. Exporting an Excel sheet while in this filtered view will show only that person’s jobs.
