Only select personell have access to the full Sales Experience.

To enable everyone to create and complete quotes, we are building a Sales-light version on which you can reserve a Quote number, upload quoted PDF's and retrieve Quotes. (Quote retrieving not supported yet)

ReserveQuote

Reserve a quote number

On your Salesforce Home page, go to the 💸-Quotes tab on the right and click Next under ReserveQuote

Fill in the Account, Contact related to this quote, your name if you are doing it for yourself, quote title, amount etc. CloseDate is just indicative.

Click Next and note the Q- number reserved for you. Use this on your quote.

Create your Quote in Word, and then when you are done, come back to upload it.

Upload a quote

On your Salesforce Home page, go to the 💸-Quotes tab on the right and select your Quote under Open Quotes

Drag your file into the file input box

Click on Upload File once ready. This will refresh the page.

[!NOTE] If your quote number doesn't show here, it might have already been marked uploaded.

[!Warning] This will NOT email your quote out, that is up to you to do still, this will only save them

Retrieving a quote

Not yet supported - contact your manager to retrieve a quote

Updating a quote

Not yet supported - contact your manager to update a quote
