Completing Service - HydroflowSF/Training GitHub Wiki

[!Note] Boilers, Cooling Towers, Closed Loops, Treated Water and Trade Waste is separated into different Site Visits, even if done on the same day

Getting started

  1. From the main page in Youreka, choose your Site Visit. If it's not shown, try to refresh the page. Site Visits are sorted based on distance from your current location

[!Note] If the location of a site is wrong, please please notify Chris Swart

[!Important] Only Site Visits for today will show, to move Site Visits, please use the Salesforce app

  1. Check in on site the moment you arrive
  2. Choose the service you want to fill in first

Filling in

  1. If the system is offline, choose the blue X No drained empty off AND remove the tick from Tower online or filled. If left as in the below screenshot, a blank report will be generated instead of one stating the tower is offline
  2. Under Show Past Reports you can easily view recent reports and soon also SWMS and other related safety and compliance documents
  1. Each section differs, but follows the same style. Choose the type if applicable, fill in the value (numbers only), make sure the Minimum and Maximum is correct, and choose the controlling chemical if applicable. Fill in the comments thoroughly.

[!Note] The comments will be printed on the report in the comments section, so be sure your comments make it clear which properties you are referring to. Comments such as levels are good is 1) not informative enough and 2) doesn't specify which levels. FAO residual is at an optimal level for bacterial control or pH was in spec, but high. pH probe cleaned and calibrated, now control is operating as expected gives a much clearer picture.

  1. Additional tests are available under Other tests and space to fill them in will become available as they are selected.
  2. Under Tower Integrity Checks choose Good, Bad, or None as needed. Some questions have a rating where 1 = Bad, 5 = Good (thus 5 for overflow means no overflow leaks = Good, 1 for overflow indicates constant overflow)
  1. Controller settings can be added in the appropriate section, where some users like to use the form: 2min, 3pd (9:00,13:00,16:00) to show the times of dosing alongside the rates. If using pumps with adjustable stroke lenghts, remember to note the stroke % too.
  2. Space is left for chemical storage on site, up to 8 chemicals supported per system. If you need to fill in a delivery request, see (Delivery Requests and Documents)
  1. Be very thorough in the general comments. These will be added after the other comments in the printout. Each new line will be printed as it's own bullet point.
  2. Any photos uploaded under Pictures will display on the report, so be careful. Photos taken with Youreka's camera can be renamed.

[!Note] This is a good place to include any Workorder numbers, NSLOG or any other details the client requested

  1. Press Submit and you are done.

[!Warning] If you do not want to submit yet, click on the burger menu and choose Save and Close

  1. Once all services on the same Site Visit has been submitted, the report will be generated. You have 36 hours to check the report or make any changes before it gets sent out.
  2. In the event that you need to make a change and submit again, please go check the Site Visit on Salesforce and remove the old report by clicking on the report under Files & Notes, more options (down arrow) and selecting Delete.
  3. Now regenerate the report if needed by clicking on the Save PDF button.
