The Throne room insulter encounter is the 47th throne room encounter, it can only occur if you allow rabble in your court.

the encounter text is randomised and can vary hugely (256 different possible outcomes), here are some examples

• you are visited by a furious farmer who calls you 'a man soon to bend the knee to faradal'
• you are visited by a drunk townsman who calls you 'the king of all fools'
• you are visited by a livid peasant who calls you 'a man of questionable intelligence'

your options are

1. Kill him for his impudence
2. Thank him for his honesty (1 in 3 chance of -1 public opinion)
3. To the Dungeons with him (+1 prisoner)
4. Remove him from court

the best option here is to imprison the man as it gains you a prisoner you can recruit
