The 'Wise man' encounter is the 21st throne room encounter, it pulls the advice from the gar'gallock text files which were originally made for the great gar'gallock of the black market.

There are two different possible ways this encounter can start, there is a 2 in 3 chance the advice will be free and a 1 in 3 chance they will charge you to listen to their advice. The advice can cost anything between 4 and 18 gold.

The encounter text either says

• "you are visited by a wise man who says he has some advice to share" or
• "you are visited by a wise man who says he has some advice to share at a cost of " << x << " gold"

Your options are

• Listen to the advice/pay for the advice (get a random line of advice)
• to the dungeons with him (+1 prisoner)(35% chance of -1 public opinion)
• refuse to hear the advice (nothing happens)
